Daily Etna is a project in the framework of the Horizon-2020 project EUROVOLC with the aim to provide daily SO2 fluxes from Mt Etna (Italy) to the interested user. This is the first version of this service and therefore the site is still somewhat experimental. Further amendments and improvements can be expected. For each day available, fluxes as well as images containing satellite data, plume height, injection height and injection time as well as uncertainties can be downloaded in a .zip file. Currently, the TROPOMI data used to compute fluxes are the near realtime data (NRTI) retrieved from the Sentinel-5P Pre-operations Data Hub. The sensing time of the satellite images used for the flux computation is around noon UTC.
